the winningest team!

Dr. Aubrey L. Gregory - Senior Pastor - [Account] -

As our team leader, Pastor and Overseer,  Dr. Gregory is bold and innovative in his approach to ministry. His ministry philosophy and focus features three centers, the Kingdom, the City, and the People of God. His skillsets manifest themselves as a pragmatic, hands-on approach designed to bring together the dynamics of those three centers. Just entering their twenty-fourth year of service to our community, Dr. Gregory and his wife of 33 years, First Lady Elizabeth are recognized as seasoned leaders.

Their vision perspective involves the transformation of the city through the mobilization of the poor, the affluent poor, the powerless, the powerful, and the forgotten for Christ. Dr. Gregory is non-routine about his mission and drives tirelessly towards God's preferable future for our community. He, his wife and his staff covet your most fervent and continous prayers.
We love our Pastor and First Lady.

Rev. Annie West - Administrator -

Annie West is an ordained Minister and Elder in our ministry. She functions in the position of church administrator. She has distinguished herself as a most competent member of our staff. She runs the ball to the goal line as necessary. She most knowlegable of our ministry and understands very well its vision purpose. Sis. West as she is fondly called, serves Dr. Gregory, the Senior Pastor and our community of families with excellence. She is simply just necessary. Annie is in love with, and happily married to Sam West. We are blessed to have them both as members of our family.

Kim Outlaw - Secretary -

We do consider ourselves bless to have Kim on our staff. She has a most pleasant and warm personality which complements out team's winning profile. Since being hired to our staff    several years ago, she has developed an excellent grasp of our ministry's vision and serves well. Kim is happily married to Minister Terry Outlaw and we are happy to have them both as members and a most gifted ministry team.

Min. Sean Washington - Minister of Music

Well, we gotta have music. Minister Shawn Washington is the staffer with the gift for keyboards. We watched him develop into an excellent keyboard player who continues to grow. Shawn functions as our Minister of Music. He leads our band which we hope to grow into an orchestra. With his dedication to serve, he demonstrates a growing understanding of Dr. Gregory's purpose and vision. He, his precious wife Michelle and their two lovely children are truly gifts to our community of families.

Min. Effen Mann - Buildings & Facilities Maintenance

Bro. Mann as most of us call him is Bro. Mann. It is in his very uniqueness that God uses him to bless us. We thank God for Effen. Among us, he does not have to share his testimony, we are able to observe it. On our staff, Minister Mann distinguishes himself as a responsible team player. He oversees the routine maintenance and cleanliness of our buildings and property. He is a giant  support and help to Dr. Gregory in various aspects of NGT's ministry and vision. In short, Effen is a gift to us. We love this brother and so does his lovely wife Cynthia, his daughter and his grand-baby.

Our Community of Serving Families - THE CHURCH -

We are family and a true community. It is true that we have a paid staff who are excellent and dedicated to "the task."  One may refer to them as our full-time and strategic frontline. Together, we are a growing community of families and individuals that participate in NGT's ministry and vision. We distinguished ourselves as God's people through our love for Him, through our committment, faith and energy.

How do we view ourselve? We see ourselves as a sign of hope for our community. With our many gifts and talents, we are available to serve. We all count ourselves priviledged to be on the   "WININGEST TEAM." We are thankful to God, our Father in Heaven, for how he is making and using us today. We are "the gift."
